Workout – 5 min: warm up brisk walk

18 min: two reps – 1:30 jogging/1:30 walking/3:00 jogging/3:00 walking

5 min: cool down walk

Stats – 2.57 miles

    10:54 min/mile

Conditions – 70 degrees, calm, running track

Comments – Nothing remarkable to report today; just happy to stay on schedule. Really looking forward to the race…even beginning to plan for the next one – don’t know when, but gonna start looking pretty soon!
